Healthy and balanced diet is essential in order to provide the body with the nutrients and energy it needs to get along with its usual processes. If you feel that your child might be having any imbalances, you should consult your doctor, and can make recommended dietary changes or try using hormonal supplements to make up for the deficient ones.
